Job Context:

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a leading role in the company for digital campaigns inclusive of online planning and insight, online promotions, content production such as image, articles, videos, online display advertising, SEO, website management & improvement, and finally strong campaigns on social media. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible to manage high-quality acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities in all suitable online platforms. S/he will have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. He will be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements. 

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Team Management:
    • Effective and Efficient management of Team Members, monitor day to day operations of Digital Marketing Team. Setup KPIs and targets for each team members and ensure their performance.
  • Design, Plan, and Execution:
    • He will be highly creative and experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate the target audience. He will be responsible to drive following campaigns to collect quality leads:
    • SEO campaigns for greater visibility of our services
    • PPC Campaigns, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Article marketing and video campaigns
  • Measure Performance and Reporting:
    • All digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies:
    • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaboration:
    • With internal teams to optimize user experience Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Customer Experience:
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and optimize conversion funnels
  • Emerging Technologies:
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners and Offline marketing engagement
  • Lead generation:
    • Plan, execute and measure experiments on lead generation and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels

Educational Requirements

  • Masters degree or equivalent from any reputed university.

Job Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience in the relevant sector.
  • Have knowledge of online business concepts, growth, and trends. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnel
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Knowledge of Email Marketing Platforms and Marketing Automation Tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns and Facebook paid campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience in affiliate marketing as well as offline marketing
  • Experience in offline marketing as well
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
  • Able to quickly understand both the management and company needs and able to adjust priorities in accordance with the management and team needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should be motivating, encouraging, positive, patient and empowering.
  • Be able to provide honest, accurate, appropriate feedback, and good ethical judgment.
  • Mature: Professional, and yet approachable.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable (based on skill)
