Position: Security Officer
Job Location: Mouchak, Konabari, Gazipur

Academic Requirements: Bachelor degree in any discipline/ Master’s degree in any discipline
Required Experience:
- The ideal candidates should have 5-7 years’ experience in any manufacturing plant.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Office Management, Security Management, Administration
- Retired Army personnel will get preference.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the Security Department, Ensure overall security at Factory by keeping updates & continuous communication with Management;
- Develop & implement security SOP and policies, protocol and procedures;
- Ensure all security related equipment's for readiness of any situation;
- Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses;
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events;
- Provide proper training to security personnel;
- Investigate & resolve issues;
- Any other jobs assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should be proactive.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
