Position: Production Supervisor
Job Location: Mouchak, Konabari, Gazipur
No. of Vacancies: 20
Academic Requirements: Diploma in food technology/engineering
Required Experience: The ideal candidates should have 3-5 years’ experience in any manufacturing plant.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes
- Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff
- Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance, general issues
- To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are followed properly
- Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
Additional Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should be proactive.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
