We are also the market leader in Bangladesh and are looking for a young and energetic HRIS Officer/Executive. The job will be based at Head Office, Bangladesh. 

Coordinate and support in functional area of Human Resources including maintaining and participating in HR Services activities within the organization. 

The role will be primarily accountable for the followings: 

Maintain and Manage HRIS:

  1. Ensure right maintainance & update accurate data impute (quantity & quality) in SAP HRIS system
  2. Train individual on SAP HRIS module and feedback on queries as needed.
  3. Prepare various HRIS report as and when required 

HR Services:

  1. Ensure right maintainance & accurate data input (quantity & quality) of TimeOff and attendance system.
  2. Produce different type of employement letter.
  3. Maintain and update all Personal File (FTE) regulary.
  4. Coodinate with new hire with onboaring documentation 

General Administration & Security:

  1. Coordinate to manage cost effective Admin service and annual Budget.
  2. Coordinate to ensure compliance on Admin Purchase and process.
  3. Coordinate to admin report i.e. working hours compliance report, admin cost report and admin MIS report for decision making purpose.
  4. Coordinate Expatriate administration including work permit and regulatory requirement.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree from any reputed University , Preferably major in HR
  • In Depth Knowledge in HR Regulation, Labour Law
  • Strong Analytical Ability
  • Strong Knowledge in Advance MS Excel
  • Sound Knowledge in ERP HRIS System
  • Strong numerical skill & Team Player
  • In depth knowledge about agreement management
  • Previous job experience of HR Services & HRIS field in a reputed company more than 3 years
