We are also the market leader in Bangladesh. We are looking for a young and energetic Territory Manager. The job will be based at Dhaka 

The purpose of the job is to manage a territory in order to achieve its sales & invoice target whilst ensuring utmost satisfaction of the customer within the limit of coats global service standards. 

The role will be primarily accountable for the followings: 

1. To manage & develop the business of a territory 

  • Manage a set of accounts of the territory to deliver profitable sales growth – as per agreed Plan
  • Maintain and develop sales with existing customers in defined territory
  • Identify and cultivate a pipeline of prospective accounts
  • Prepare sales & invoice plan for the territory
  • Maintain effective business relationships with all customers and prospects 

2. Key Account management 

  • Identify and develop relationships with key personnel (sales associates) at accounts & increase market share
  • Coordinate with customer service team to ensure utmost satisfaction of the customer
  • Coordinate with supply chain & manufacturing team to meet customer urgencies
  • Monitor & follow-up customer service and commercial team for debtor management and achieve planned Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
  • Respond to service issues or complaints and resolve fairly while maintaining and improving customer relationships
  • Provide outstanding customer service 

3. Performance Management 

  • Anticipate customer preferences and ensure optimum order capture
  • Meet monthly sales target by category
  • Measure and rank products based on revenue performance by month
  • Analyze the pace at which your organization`s sales revenue is growing and use that information in strategic decision-making 

4. Supports business managers to achieve company goals

  • Gather market intelligence & report to the senior managers for strategic planning
  • Ensure sales process adoption and compliance
  • Monitor market trend movement and generate monthly report for territory alignment to achieve business objectives


  • Business graduates from any reputed university
  • 5 years to 7 years of strong background in account/sales management
  • Track record of closing sales and delivering on profit commitments.
  • High energy, self-driven, achievement orientation
  • Ability to lead, inspire
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Ability to promote teamwork
  • Ability to travel extensively
