COAST Trust (www.coastbd.net) is a value based independent, non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO), awarded special consultative status with UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC), participating in survival strategies of coastal poor. It is also certified organization by HQAI-Geneva on quality management. It believes in integration of right based approach in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respects to human rights principles in management. Along with other development programs in other coastal districts, it is also implementing the humanitarian emergency responses for Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals in Cox’s Bazar with the financial supports of DEC, CARE, DanChurchAid, PKSF, Tear Fund, NRC and UNICEF. The organization is seeking CVs from interested applicants for the following positions:

Experiences: Minimum 4-10 years of practical experiences in leadership position in the sectors of local government projects, community empowerment and implementing other development programs in NGOs. The candidate should have capacity of dateline maintaining, project proposal and reporting writing in English. The candidate should also have computer literacy in English and Bangla with MS word and XL.

Salary and benefits: Starting salary BDT 30-60k per month plus all other benefits like two festivals, contributory provident fund, gratuity, travel, medical, mobile allowances etc. as per organizational policies.

Experiences: For masters of Accounting/MBS/MBA (Accounting/Finance) will have to have 4-7 years experiences and for CACC, the candidate should have only audit experiences (at 2 years) through a reputed audit firm. The candidates should have also the practical knowledge on accounts keeping and preparation of financial reports, good knowledge in MS word and Excel. Moderate level of proficiency in drafting skill of audit report/audit response/donor correspondence both in Bangla and English.
