COAST Trust (www.coastbd.org) is a value based independent, non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO), participating in survival strategies of coastal poor. It believes in integration of right based approach in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respect to human rights principles in management.  The organization is implementing the project titled “Justice for Safety: An Initiative for Community Legal Services” in partnership with Maxwell Stamp PLC (UK) and funded by DFID in Charfession and Tazumaddin upazillas under Bhola district where it seeks some professional for the following posts:

:
 Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (One post)
Academic Background 
:
 Post Graduate with honors in Social Science / Sociology / Economics / Development Studies / English from a Public University.
Working base
:
 Charfession, Bhola
Salary and Benefits
:
 Starting salary with the range of BDT 25-30 thousand per month plus all other benefits like festival allowances, contributory provident fund, gratuity, travel, medical, mobile allowances etc.

Experiences:

  • Minimum of 2 years practical experience in development field specially monitoring and evaluation.
  • The candidates should also have report writing and communication skills in English, computer literacy in English and Bangla with MS word and XL.
