COAST Trust (www.coastbd.net) is a value based independent, non-profit and non-government organization (NGO), awarded special consultative status with UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC), working for developing and implementing survival strategies for coastal poor since 1998. It believes in integration of right based approach in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respects to human rights principles in management. As of late COAST has been awarded a project titled “Emergency Support to women and adolescent among Forcibly Displaced Myanmar National took shelter at Kutupalong mega camp”to be implemented in Cox’sBazar which is funded by DanChurchAid. Base office of all the positions will be in Ukhia. For this project, the organization is seeking profiles from interested candidates for the following positions:

Experiences: Minimum 2-3 years’ practical experience from any leading development project funded by any donor (s). Experience of working on right based approaches, advocacy, climate change, community mobilization, government and donor relation, staff management, program monitoring and evaluation. The candidates should also have report writing and communication skills in English (writing and speaking), computer literacy in English and Bangla with MS word, XL and PPT.

Salary and benefits: For this position take home salary will be BDT 40-45 thousand plus. Other benefits will include two festivals and each is equivalent to 50% of monthly gross salary.

Experience: The applicants should have minimum of 1 year practical experience in development field specially monitoring and evaluation. The candidates should also have report writing and communication skills in English, computer literacy in English and Bangla with MS word, XL and PPT.

Experience: The applicants should have minimum 1 year practical experience in field of information technology management. The candidates should also have report writing and communication skills in English.
