COAST Trust (www.coastbd.net) is a value based independent, non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO), awarded special consultative status with UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC), participating in survival strategies of coastal poor since 1998. It believes in integration of right based approach in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respects to human rights principles in management. Recently COAST is implementing a project titled “Socio Economic Empowerment with Dignity and Sustainability (SEEDS)”. Base office of the position will be in Cox’sBazar but needs to have frequent field visit. For this project, the organization is seeking profiles from interested applicants for the following position:

Salary and benefits:  For this position starting take home salary will be within the range of BDT 25-30 thousand along with other benefits like two festival bonuses equivalent to two basics of salary, contributory provident fund, medical support, gratuity, mobile support, travels allowance etc. as per organization’s policy. 

Experiences:  For the above position at least 1 year practical experience with any development project related to education or adolescent empowerment is required. The candidate should also have report writing and communication skills in English (writing and speaking), computer literacy in English and Bangla with MS word, XL and PPT.
