COAST Trust (www.coastbd.net) is a value based independent, non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO), awarded special consultative status with UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC), participating in survival strategies of coastal poor since 1998. It believes in integration of right based approach in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respects to human rights principles in management. Recently COAST is implementing a project titled “Crab Farming Technology Expansion and Marketing to increase income of entrepreneurs and employment creation”. Base office of the positions will be in Cox’s Bazar but needs to have frequent field visit. For this project, the organization is seeking profiles from interested applicants for the following positions:

Experiences:

Minimum of 2 years practical experience with any leading development project(s) related to fisheries, staff management, program monitoring and evaluation. The candidates should also have report writing and communication skills in English (writing and speaking), computer literacy in English and Bangla with MS word, XL and PPT.

Salary and benefits:

For the position starting with the take home salary of BDT 30-40 thousand plus other benefits like one equivalent to one month gross salary, mobile support, travel allowance etc. as per the organization.
