It believes in integration of right based approach in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respects to human rights principles in management. Recently it is involved with emergency responses for newly arrivals of Rohingya in Cox’s Bazar with the financial supports of CARE, DanChurchAid, Mercy Malaysia, OXFAM, PKSF,Tearfund and UNICEF. Position
:
 Project Manager- Ensuring Protective Environment for Children from Rakhain State funded by UNICEF
Academic Background
:
 Masters with honors in any subjects of Social Sciences, English, Management Science and Environmental Science from a reputed university..
Working Area
:
 Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar
Age
:
 30-40 years

Experiences:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in development field and also leading any development projects.
  • Experiences will be needed of working on child protection, community mobilization, donor relation, budget control, staff management and monitoring and evaluation.
  • The candidates should also have report writing and communication skills in English, computer literacy in English and Bangla with MS word and XL.
  • The candidates should have motor cycle driving skill.
  • Speaking through Cox’s Bazar and Chittagong Language will be treated as extra skill.

Salary and benefits: BDT 45-50 thousand consolidated. Internet and mobile supports will be entitled as per organizational policies.
