COAST Trust (www.coastbd.net) is a value based independent, non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO), awarded special consultative status with UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC), participating in survival strategies of coastal poor. It believes in integration of right based approach in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respects to human rights principles in management. Recently it is involved with emergency responses for newly arrivals of Rohingya in Cox’s Bazar with the financial supports of CARE, DanChurchAid, Mercy Malaysia, OXFAM, PKSF, Tearfund and UNICEF. The organization is seeking CVs from interested applicants for the following positions:

Experiences:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in development field and also leading any development projects.
• Experiences will be needed of working on, community mobilization, donor relation, budget control, staff management and monitoring and evaluation.
• The candidates should also have report writing and communication skills in English, computer literacy in English and Bangla with MS word and XL.
• The candidates should have motor cycle driving skill. Speaking through Cox’s Bazar and Chittagong Language will be treated as extra curriculum.

Salary and benefits: BDT 45-50 thousand consolidated. Internet and mobile supports will be entitled as per organizational policies.

Experiences:

• The candidates should have fluent capacity of speaking and writing English so that s/he can translate the Bangla into English for the foreign doctors and/or other foreigners.
