COAST Trust (www.coastbd.net) is a value based independent, non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO), participating in survival strategies of coastal poor. It believes in integration of right based approach (including advocacy) in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respect to human rights and dignity principles in management. COAST has also received the special consultative status of UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). The organization is seeking a professional for the position of Program Officer-Education and Adolescent Empowerment for the Socio Economic Empowerment with Dignity and Sustainability (SEEDS) program which is being implemented in Cox’s Bazar funded by Stromme Foundation, Norway.

Experiences:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in education programs in any development project.
• The candidates should also have report writing and communication skills in English, computer literacy in English and Bangla with MS word and XL.

Salary and benefits

• For the position starting with the take home salary within the range of BDT 25-28 thousand along with other benefits like two festivals equivalent to two basics of salary, contributory provident fund, medical support, gratuity, mobile support, travel allowance etc. as per the organizational policy.
