COAST Trust (www.coastbd.net) is a value based independent, non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO), with special consultative status with UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC), participating in survival strategies of coastal poor. It believes in integration of right based approach in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respects to human rights principles in management. The organization is seeking CVs from interested applicants for the progressive micro finance program for the following position:

The starting salary will be BDT 20-22 thousand per month plus contributory provident fund, gratuity, medical support, two festival allowances, travel, mobile allowances etc. as per organizational policy.

After the recruitment, the applicants will pass three month period with class room and on the job trainings and then they will be set in Branch Accountant/Branch Manager subjects to the satisfactory performances.
