COAST Trust (www.coastbd.net) is a value based independent, non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO), with special consultative status with UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC), participating in survival strategies of coastal poor. It believes in integration of right based approach in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respect to human rights principles in management. COAST is implementing a project titled “Enhanced Coastal Fisheries (ECOFISHBD) in Bhola funded by USAID and partnership with WorldFish where it seeks a senior professional for the following post:

Academic Background
:
B.Sc. or Masters with honors in Fisheries or Marine Science or Zoology Fisheries from any Public University.
Working base
:
Bhola Town and will have to visit different upazillas and unions.
Age
:
27-38 years.

Experiences:
A minimum of 5 years practical experience in development field with 3 years’ experience in leading any development projects. Experience of working with fishers, community mobilization, donor relation, budget control, staff management, monitoring and evaluation. The candidates should also have report writing and communication skills in English, computer literacy in English and Bangla with MS word and XL. The candidates must have the motor cycle driving skill.  

Salary and benefits
For the position starting salary within the range of BDT 40-45 thousand (consolidated) per month plus other benefits like two festival allowances, travel/motorcycle support with and fuel, mobile allowances etc. as per organizational human resource management policy.
