COAST Trust (www.coastbd.net) is a value based independent, non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO), participating in survival strategies of coastal poor. It believes in integration of right based approach (including advocacy) in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respect to human rights and dignity principles in management. COAST has also received the special consultative status of UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). The organization is seeking a professional for the position of Value Chain Facilitator for the project titled “Promoting Agricultural Commercialization and Enterprises” funded by IFAD and PKSF.

Experiences: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fisheries related development projects. The candidates should also have report writing and communication skills in English, computer literacy in English and Bangla with MS word and XL.

Salary and benefits
For the position starting salary within the range of BDT 35-40 thousand (consolidated) per month plus two festival allowances (each is 50% of total salary), mobile allowances etc. as per organizational policy.
