About AIP
CNFA implements the five year $14 million Agro-Inputs Project (AIP) in Bangladesh. The objective of AIP is to improve supplies of quality agricultural inputs through retailers. Over its five years, AIP will deliver trainings and improve inputs and related services across 20 southern districts, to a growing network that will include at least 3,000 agro input retailers who serve 1 million smallholders, thereby impacting more than 5 million individuals and generating more than $100 million in sales.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver project documents and supplies to USAID and partners
  • Assist in photocopying finance documents, grants documents, final reports, and other
  • Maintain and archive office hard files
  • Arrange travel requirements for staff and short-term consultants
  • Maintain adequate stock of office stationery and other supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of office
  • Assume responsibilities of reception desk in absence of assigned staff
  • Serve tea, coffee and food to office staff and guests
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Educational Requirements : At least class VIII completed

Experience Requirements : Five year experience in relevant field
