Vacancy
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Executes mechanical activities on-site as directed including:-
- Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.
- Performing assemble and disassemble of different pumps, gearbox, bearing, blowers , Valves, etc;
- Experience to work on high temperature and pressure pipe line.
- Experience to handle hydraulic tools, pneumatic tools, dial gauge, vibration meter and special tools gas turbine and steam turbine.
- Supervises On-site Contractor work execution inclusive of crane rigging and liftingoperations as designated.
- His roles may also involve operating machines and equipment such as grinder, and lathe. They are also liable for the safe utilization of hand tools, lift trucks, hoists and power tools. Work all shifts flexibly when job demands
- He will always take full responsibility for their work and render assistance in any capacity to ensure security of contractors and team members.
- Ascertain changes in dimensional requisite of parts by examining used parts and utilizing micrometers, rules, calipers, and other measuring appliances.
- Handle heavy lifting equipment’s and parts. Also should know about Lifting belt, sling, and eye bolt etc. lifting tools.
- Performing work in confine space, height and hazardous area.
- Liaison with & assisting other Engineering Departments asrequired
Educational Requirements
- SSC/HSC with not less than five years practical experience in the maintenance field.
- Experienced in Combined Cycle Power Plant Mechanical work candidate may be relaxed at academic qualification.
Experience Requirements
- 5 year(s), 3 year(s) works in Power Plant are prefarable.
