A renowned national NGO (established 1978), CMES needs Upazila Coordinator in the field units for its quality Adolescent Empowerment Programme for two years.

Essential proficiency |
- Abilities in planning, coordination, result based management and reporting / Presentation of projects concerning of disadvantaged adolescents & youth’s empowerment and social norm change in rural project areas.
- Proficiency in English spoken and written, proficiency in IT use.
- Very good abilities in the interactions and negotiation with local and central level staff and management and maintaining networking, advocacy campaigning with other stakeholders.
- Ability for staff capacity development & training.
- Excellent skills in presentation and report writing.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in the project coordination and implementation.
- Taking leadership roles by clarifying goals and objectives helping to allocate roles responsibilities and duties of the staff.
- Implementing the agreed action plan to agreed standards and deadlines.
- Responsible for training, assigning tasks, motivating staffs, solving conflicts and reporting.

Education Qualification |
Masters in Social Science/ Statistics/ Development Studies or any other relevant subject from any recognized university with minimum all second class/division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. |
