A renowned national NGO (established 1978), CMES needs Social Worker in the field units for its quality Adolescent Empowerment Programme for two years.

Essential proficiency |
- Prepare community based child protection mechanism through which the adolescent girls and boys can achieve their rights.
- Ensure that the vulnerable adolescents are safeguarded from harm.
- Her/his role is to help and support in improve outcomes in adolescents lives.
- Maintain professional relationship and act as guides and advocates with other relevant service provider institutions.
- Responding the needs of the adolescents increasingly offering social services to them.
- Create network with all health care and other special service providers such as: local clinics, hospitals, police stations, local government, administration, social welfare office, emergency relief & rehabilitation office etc.
- Networking with the local business owners’ association to facilitate adolescents income opportunities.
- Train the adolescents with enough skills so that they themselves can achieve their rights and services from the relevant service provider institutions.

Education Qualification |
Masters in Social Science/ Statistics/ Development Studies or any other relevant subject from any recognized university with minimum all second class/division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. |
