Position:
Assistant Agency Director (Sales & Marketing)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruiting & Training or the Financial Associates, Unit Managers & Branch Managers .
• Leading, Monitoring & Supervising the Sales Team.
• Developing Networks for Selling Life Insurance Products & Services.
• Ensuring the Best Services to the Policyholders under the Sales.
• Ensure to achieve the target of Sales and Branch offices.

Job Nature:

• Full time.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 12 Years working experience for Business Development Department of any reputed Life Insurance Company.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age limit- Maximum 40 Years.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Intend to work long term in the Company.
• Self motivated, good communication skills and strong organizing capacity.

Salary :

• Negotiable
