Position:
Assistant Agency Director - Business Development (Training, Planning & Research)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct all Training programs.
• Planning for Business Development.
• Research Business activities of the Sales and Branch and take Initiative to improve their performance time to time.
• Set up monthly, quarterly and Yearly Target of Sales and Branch and review time to time .
• Minimize Company Risks by Ensuring Transparency.
• Developing the Brand of the Company

Job Nature:

• Full time.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 12 Years working experience of any reputed Life Insurance Company.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age limit- Maximum 40 Years.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Intend to work long term in the Company.
• Self motivated, good communication skills and strong organizing capacity.

Salary :

• Negotiable
