Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop strategic HR Policy, Procedures & Guidelines
  • Perform and ensure core HR activities and practices in the whole organization
  • Develop organization structure with appropriate reporting matrix to attain the optimum operational efficiency
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes and ensure that a fair recruitment policy is followed
  • Develop and implement cost effective compensation and benefit policies
  • Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management`s directives.
  • Conduct in house HR Audit and preparation of yearly HR Budget.
  • Facilitation and co-ordination of the performance review and employee development programs
  • Prepare quarterly and Yearly HR report
  • Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters.
  • Protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
  • Mentor and guide leaders to manage their own performance and of their teams and create pipeline of potential leaders.
  • Implement successfully PMS, training and development related processes to meet the ultimate goal of the organization
  • Coach and develop HR team members to achieve business plan objectives in alignment with application of the People Strategy.
  • Ensure that all works of HR department are done according to ISO standard.
  • Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate opportunities for career growth and development
  • Provide Counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
  • Oversee the employee welfare and grievance related issue
  • Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters/ MBA in HR from local/ foreign reputed university/ institution.

Experience Requirements

  • 10 to 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies, Real Estate/ Developer, Development Agencies, Engineering Firms

Additional Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment.
  • Must have a strategic approach with demonstrated effectiveness at working with the leadership team to design and execute human capital strategies necessary to achieve positive business outcomes
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring leadership to next level, being and effective sounding board for the Operations Leadership will be important
  • Able to provide insights and recommendation on people
  • Should be ethical and empathetic
  • Great team player and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization environment
  • Strong written and oral communication essential
  • Strong at planning and multitasking

Salary Range: Negotiable
