Job Description:

• Work as the key person to draw the attention of international café franchise and install their overall operation in our place according to the strategic objective of CIL
• Support implementation and execution of all new policy and procedures related to the Franchise operation
• Develop and implement the franchise operations strategy
• Decide how the resources available to the operations department need to be applied and ensuring that it gets done properly
• Determine the physical form, shape and composition of products, services and processes.
• Managing any competing business practices and streamline communications by instituting company-wide standards
• Creating long-term customer and employee strategies, which acknowledge the franchise business' impact on the social, cultural and economic environment.
• Keeping comprehensive records of profits and losses, as well as sales goals and expenses
• Develop a training program in conjunction with the departmental manager to improve employees’ personal productivity.

• Master/MBA from any reputed national/ international university

Experience Level:

• 8-10 years hands on experience in the café/restaurant/ food service sector with special emphasis on the installation of franchise.

Other requirements:

• Must have the skill to supervise the Team.
• Detail oriented & organized with excellent planning, analytical & interpersonal skills.
