Head of Commercial & SME Credit Risk, CRM

Job Context

• The Primary responsibility of this role is to lead the Risk Managers to determine credit rationing & policy compliance of appropriate credit structure and recommend strategies for SME, Emerging Corporate, Amex Corporate Card credit portfolios to the senior management. The role is also responsible for developing the Risk Managers' aligning with organizational values & strategic goals.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Ensure compliance of all the relevant credit perusals aligning with SCAA
• Effectively manage performance
• Effectively manage People/staff
• Take necessary development initiatives

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: 4 years of Graduation/Masters in any discipline (preferably in business) from a reputed university

Experience Requirements: At least 12 year(s)

• Minimum 12 years experience in banking/NBFI with preferably 6 years in relevant field
• Proactive & sense of ownership
• Target oriented & result driven
• Strong Analytical & Leadership skill
