Position: Unit Head, Commercial Banking

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, recommend and implement Business Development Strategies in order to meet planned and desired business results and ensure they are consistent with established goals in Commercial Banking (Assets & Liabilities).
• Ensure new business opportunities are created for the bank ensuring a profitable portfolio.
• Maintain the current portfolio of the business.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Effectively lead a team to ensure the business targets are achieved and also drive the personal development of the team.

Educational Requirements:

• 4 years Graduation or Masters degree preferably in Business, Economics or Statistics discipline from a reputed university.

Additional Job Requirements:

• 8-10 years of relevant work-experience in Emerging/ Corporate Banking with minimum 3 years in similar role in a reputed bank/financial institution.
