Designation: Assistant Vice President (C12)
Reporting to: Head of Cash Product
Job Description:
- Meet the primary financial target through sales, service and structuring of TTS solutions across the allocated customer base.
- Identify and aid in implementing end-to-end TTS solutions in close coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Ensure sales discipline by logging all calls in the system, uploading deals to maintain the required sales pipeline and wins.
- Systematically maintain regular client calls (face to face, tele-con) and share feedback with relevant internal stakeholders (Operations, Coverage, Markets etc.) to ensure appropriate and timely service and solutions to clients.
- Engage all internal stakeholders to ensure prompt and logical service to clients for enhanced positive client experience.
- Create and conduct presentations and prepare customized TTS proposals for local clients as well as prepare RFP responses.
- Understand the client requirements – stated as well as latent – to customize solutions involving all relevant partners for a superior client engagement and relationship.
- Ensure end-to-end deal implementation to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and code of conduct and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Provide market feedback to TTS Products Team for product development and launch of new products in trade and cash.
- Attend weekly/monthly TTS meetings and sales review and constructively contribute and update the team on the developments.
- Actively organize and participate in local and regional sales campaigns, client events and ensure customer feedback and participation for winning major publication awards (e.g. AsiaMoney, Euromoney etc.)
Job Requirements:
- A team player.
- Ability of multi-tasking.
- Advanced Excel skill.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master of Business Administration (preferably majored in Finance and Accounting. Those who completed CA course with Knowledge level qualified will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
- Business Graduate with adequate experience in relevant field with proven track record
