We deliver both off-shore (from Dhaka) and on-shore and at this moment we are looking for a senior leader in our Dhaka office. In this role, you will be managing a highly innovative digital marketing team in Dhaka and will coordinate across 3 continents in a true multi-culture environment, more than 10 nationalities.

Beside, we are building an all-in-one online business platform for digital marketing, as we named it FLYER, a more advanced solution than any other existing marketing platform in the world, such as www.hubspot.com and we will need you to be a part of this winning team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all web, organic & paid search, email, social media and content marketing campaigns
  
• Design, build and maintain our client’s social media presence
  
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  
• Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
  
• Collaborate with Conio Innovations! development team in development a Digital Business Platform.
  
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Educational Requirements: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

Experience Requirements: 8 to 12 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably 4 years digital marketing
  
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing web, organic & paid search, email, social media and content marketing campaigns
  
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaign and Facebook marketing Campaigns
  
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  
• Very strong command over English Language.

Salary Range: TK.120,000 - 180,000 per month
