Child Health Research Foundation (CHRF), based in Dhaka Shishu Hospital, invites applications for the position of Project Research Physicianfor different research projects these are multi countries study  will be conducted at Dhaka Shishu Hospital.

Job description:

• Conduct assessment of children visiting OPD and admitted at IPD of study hospitals to determine eligibility for enrolment in a research study.
• Obtain informed consent from parents/caregiver of eligible children for enrolment in the study.
• Collect detailed demographic and clinical information using structured questionnaire as per protocol.
• Conduct daily follow up of enrolled babies at the hospitals.
• Ensure that SOP is followed at each study activity.
• Liaise and coordinate with laboratory and other study personnel.
• Other study related work.

Qualifications and requirements:

• MBBSfrom a Medical College recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) with completed of internship and with good academic records.
• One year experience in pediatrics is preferable.
• Research experience in studies of mother and child health or infectious disease will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bangla and English are preferable.
