Job Responsibilities: 
  • Provide leadership and vision to the organisation by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
  • Preparation of annual report summarising progress on short and long range plans.
  • Research and write discussion papers, analysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the organisation in determining and meeting its long and short term goals.
  • Recruitment and contracting of company and staff.
  • Employee development and training.
  • Company-wide committee facilitation including planning and production.
  • Liaise with international team to oversee purchase/ delivery/ transport of all goods and equipment.
  • Manage advertising opportunities.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Masters from an International recognized university abroad

Experience Requirements:  

  • 2 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
Additional Job Requirements: 
  • Fluency in English
  • Must pass an extensive background check
  • 2+ years of experience with an International chocolatier and coffee house abroad
  • Technical background - Finance, Economics, Mathematics background is preferred

Salary Range: Negotiable
