Key Points:

Job Description / Responsibility

• Ticketing, Reservation, Tour Packages, Visa Processing and Marketing.
• Keep updated knowledge of travel booking information, tour packages, holiday destination and market trend
• Identify the target segments and frequently visit them.
• Able to generate sales lead and achieve monthly sales target.
• Prepare Strategic Plan and Goal setting.
• Respond promptly & professionally to product or service inquiries & complaints
• Develop client relationships with related entities of interest.
• Set up new client accounts & maintain client databases
• Exercise Tele Sales & Customer Survey while handling related customer complaints.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Carry out Effective & Efficient Reservation, Ticketing & Sales functions.
• Formulate Holiday and Medical Package for popular destination, e.g. India, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Myanmar, Turkey, Egypt and Europe etc.
• Deal directly with B2B and B2C clients either by telephone, electronically or face to face and follow up regularly on B2B and B2C client interactions.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors in any Discipline.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  
  • Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Guide, Travel Agent, Visa Processing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  
  • Airline, E-commerce, Tour Operator, Travel Agent

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 22 to 35 year(s)
• Must have experience in GDS (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo) with any IATA travel agency or GSA.
• Computer literacy & fluency in English is essential.
• Internet marketing knowledge is an added advantage.
• Capable to work in a team and value addition.
• Overall confidence to handle clients.
• Must have a pleasant & positive personality.
