Brief Requirements:
Ideally suited for a professional who is young, energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing, fluent speaking in both Bangla and English, (additional language is an asset) with excellent presentation skill – an administrative, operation personal and business development personal in Hospital & Hotel Management Service Industry. He will be a leader as well as an excellent team player capable in motivating the team. He is humble yet assertive. The ideal candidate would be very comfortable in moving around business professionals starting from Manager to an Entry Level Executive or Floor Staff, is comfortable within various Societal Segments, and well-connected in General. Undergraduate, 5 (five) to 7 (seven) years experience inHospital and Hotel Management Service to run the Party Center and Restaurant, Marketing Experience preferred , business related education is helpful, capable to work with Floor and Kitchen management with existing and newly to be recruited college, able to work under Pressure and Crisis Situation, Administratively strong Personalities, excellent Communication Skill in English and Bengali(additional language is helpful), Leadership, Team Management, Team Building, Relationship Builder, Presentation Skills, etc. |
