Required Qualification:
MBA/ Masters

Required Experience:
At least 10 year(s)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To meet the monthly sales target and identify new shop for expanding
• To ensure products in maximum number of outlets under your to sell products.
• To increase targeted number of dealers to sell all products in your super store
• To ensure super store satisfaction & motivation with the service of the respective promoter..
• To execute daily sales call on time & effectively through all sales executives.
• To ensure proper call report from field force within the time.
• To plan & execute the targeted sales to achieve as per day/week & month.
• To analyze own market size of each product, plan for targeted market share & inform to the management.
• To keep in touch with the corporate buyers to ensure prospective and ongoing sales..
• To execute promotional plan & branding activities as per guideline.

Job Requirements:

• Age 30 to 40 year(s)
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
• 10 years working experience in FMCG sector must corporate handling.
• Experience in training, managing and motivating a promoter.
