Duties & Responsibilities:

• Skilled to operate Tally, ERP software
• Supervision of inventory management system at Store.
• Lead the warehouse team for effective management of store operation in receiving inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
• Plan, implement & utilize optimum use of warehouse space.
• Lead, motivate and develop the total work force.
• Prepare stock reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Supervise & check MRR, SRR, Register Books, Gate Pass, and Invoice lists.
• Ensure proper storage of products to assure quality as per ISO requirement.
• Ensure compliance of warehouse activities and implement health & safety measures as per company policy.
• Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store and ensure proper deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
• Plan, develop and continuous improvement in all activities of warehouse process.
• Managing distribution & delivery process efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Age 25 to 40 year(s)
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
• 06 years working experience in FMCG sector.
• Experience in training, managing and motivating  people.
