CEAT AKKHAN Ltd. a leading Manufacturer of automobile tyres is setting up a type manufacturing plant in Bhaluka in a JV with A. K. Khan 70:30. CEAT manufactures the largest range of tyres in the industry which incorporate both cross – ply and radial technology. The company will manufactures world class high quality tyres in different categories. The company is currently looking for competent professionals in the following positions –

Territory Manager

Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Appoint Distributors / Dealers for all categories
• Effectively meet sales targets.
• Provide support for secondary channel management activities.
• Predict dealer demand and meet requirements within optimum time period
• Arrange correct product supply every month.
• Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, customers and all major stake holders’.
• Confer with potential customers regarding their specific application.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• To routinely follow-up on all product performances.
• To manage corporate accounts with driver training.
• Follow-up of test tyres under fleet module

Educational Requirements:

• Post graduate degree from any discipline preferably M.B.A

Additional Qualifications:

• 2 – 3 years of working experience in sales especially in dealer management.
  
• Strong Key account & Customer management experience.
  
• Candidates should have good computer knowledge & communication skill.
  
• People who have valid driving license for two wheelers will be given preferences.
  
• Having no mobility constraint to working any place in Bangladesh.
