Asst. Company Secretary (Internship)
Location: Dhaka (HO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist company secretary in preparation of working papers for board meetings, conducting annual general meeting of the company and submission of return to the register of joint stock companies
- Prepare meeting minutes, circulate it to the participants and follow up action plans
- Manage statutory records required by company law
- Custodian of company legacy documents, contracts and agreements
Educational Requirements & qualifications:
- Chartered secretarial course partly / fully completed
- LL.B /LLM/MBA can also be applied.
- He/she needs to have strong communication & negotiation skill & must be dynamic and result oriented.
Additional Requirements:
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- CA background will be considered as advantage.
- Fresher can apply whether experience in related field will get privilege.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skill.
