Executive/Sr. Executive - Electrical Maintenance
Location: Vhaluka, Mymensing
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee all critical activities related to the Electrical works
- Supervise and train team members as necessary
- Analyze Electrical reports, SLD’s, drawings, Load data to execute the projects.
- Responsible for Installation and commissioning of HT/LT Switchgears,33Kv Switchyards, Power Transformers, Earthing pits, Lightning arrestors etc .
- Estimate and checking of BOM, quantities, cost of materials, equipment and labour to determine project progress.
- Supervision and checking of plant lighting installation including solar lighting.
- Responsible for supervision of Power and control cables laying, terminations and checking as per Electrical drawings.
- Responsible for Erecting and commissioning of plant equipment’s machinery electrical panels and testing of the same.
- Handling of many Electrical contractors efficiently at a time.
- Responsible for commissioning and troubleshooting of DG sets of 11kV, 2000KVA
- Handling of many Electrical contractors efficiently at a time.
- Knowledge and implementation of Electrical safety measures as per rules and regulation of Bangladesh Electricity Board is essential.
The Qualifications
- B.Sc Engineering EEE/Electrical & Electronics from a reputed Engineering Institute.
- 5 – 6 years of working experience in Manufacturing Plant.
- Strong knowledge about Electrical safety & PLC programme.
- Candidates should have excellent computer knowledge & communication skill.
- SAP exposure will be consider as added qualification.
- Knowledge of statutory Electrical compliance from local authorities’ e.g. electrical inspector, REB Engineers is essential.
- Knowledge of thermocouple, RTD, Temperature controller, Recorders, weighing scales and instrumentation.
