Shun Shing Packaging Industries Ltd is the subsidiary of Shun Shing Group International, Hong Kong and one of the largest PP Bag plant in Bangladesh. As part of our business expansion, we are looking for the following position:

Senior Manager - Production

Major Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly production target.
• Ensure timely delivery for meeting customer satisfaction.
• Reduce sectional wastage within the set production target.
• Prepare monthly MPR requirement according to production target and in coordination with Supply Chain Department for local/abroad Raw Material (RM) L/C in the pipe line.
• Ensure daily flow of production and delivery information to management.
• Maintain usage ratio of all RM as per budget.
• Maintain adequate manpower throughout the production plan.

Required Academic Qualifications: B.Sc/M.Sc in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)

Experience: Minimum 12 Years
