Job Description/Responsibility:

• Create and Maintain high standard Compliance Culture as per Bank’s rules and regulations
• Achieve the Compliance/Audit and Internal Control set KPls for the whole Branch
• Oversee the development of the staffs in the Compliance areas such as Central Bank rules and regulations as well as the Internal Control functions and guidelines
• Work closely with Branch Manager to ensure excellent delivery of service from each desk as per the Management expectation
• Rigorous monitoring of AML Tools on a daily basis. Ensuring delivery of all Branch related reports to the concern authority
• Operate Branch Cash in Vault in conjunction with the Head Teller to perform the Cash Services. Ensuring all transactions are well documented as per Bank Policy

Education:

• Masters/ MBA preferably in Finance, Management, Marketing or Economics from reputed University with no third division/class.

Experience

• Total 8-10 years of minimum Banking experience, minimum 5 Years of hands on Banking experience in a Branch
• Experience in Trade Finance will be an added advantage
