Community Bank Bangladesh is looking for efficient candidates to manage the branches, both for urban & rural branches.

Job Grade: Based on the candidature up to FAVP: AVP for rural & VP/SVP for unban branches.

 Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

The role of Branch Manager will be pervasive in a wide range of activities that ensure smooth functioning of the day to day Banking operations& services to the customer. Also the prime focus of the post will be to achieve targeted profit through quality business booking & maintenance of the customer relationships thus keeping the healthy portfolio for the Branch. The manager must also ensure that regulatory compliance is strictly adhered as per Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

Job Description/Responsibility:

• Maintain a high quality portfolio as per Company’s risk appetite & achieve or exceed business targets
• Optimize branch P&L and balance sheet performance as well as other financial KPIs
• Oversee execution of development of the staffs through training & development curriculum. Apply empowerment rules, patronize rewards & recognition programs& career paths for branch staff
• Ensure compliance of execution of service, transaction processing in line with Regulatory& Bank policies
• Ensure compliance culture is inculcated into the practice & behavior of the staffs through daily counseling, monitoring, coaching & managing the staff force
• Ensure on time submission of all regulatory report as per the schedule timeline without any error

Application Requirements:

• Education: Masters /MBA preferably in finance, Management, Marketing or Economics from reputed university, with no 3 division/3rd class.
• Minimum 10 years of hands on Banking experience in any bank
• Also those who have mentionable experience in Trade Functions/underwriting of Bank Branch can also apply
• Trade &Transaction Banking know how will be an added advantage
