Key Job Responsibilities:

• Deal with legal matters and correspondences with various Branches and Panel Lawyers accordingly.
• Vetting of property documents, agreements and deeds.
• Correspondence with Branches and Panel Lawyers.
• To registered an mutated the property owned by the Bank in its name.
• Liason with the Panel Lawyers and Branch Managers/Officers in connection with legal matters.
• Preparation of Plaint, Written Statements and timely filing of Suits/Cases against defaulting Borrowers of our Bank.
• Attend all type of Courts as and when required.

Educational Requirements
Master’s in Law/Bar at Law from leading local or foreign university. No Third Division in academic records.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience in leading commercial Banks/Financial Institutions in the area of legal & regulatory Affairs.

Special Requirements
Membership of Bangladesh Bar Council
