Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing digital business strategies aimed towards increased services through non alternative delivery channels.
• Responsible for vendor communication, plan, track & monitor progress and provide business update pre/post implementations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to drive digital activations and adoption.
• Coordinating with IT team: product design, briefing, testing, field mapping, device configuration & updates; trainings.
• Identify business / improvement opportunities and report complaint which require special attention and recommend preventive measures to line manager.
• Continuous research of local and global trends to improve digital services offerings to our customers.

Educational Requirements
Master’s in Business/MBM/Economics or relevant subjects from leading business school/University. No Third Division in academic records.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Mobile Financial Services/E-commerce/Payments/Digital Wallet/FinTech/ADC business.
