Key Job Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of responsibilities related to loan processing and loan administration. Complete legal mortgage, creation of charge with RJSC, Contact with Legal Adviser for drafting of Legal Mortgage Deed/IGPA etc in due course.
- Ensure all lending Documentation is complete as per the Bank’s Policy and Procedures with respect to amount of finance, terms and conditions, borrowers borrowing mandate, authorize signatory.
- Disbursement of facilities after strict compliance with sanction terms and conditions, completion of documentations, updating customer data in CBS.
- Maintain clean and organize loan files.
- Review loan documents and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure proper and efficient delivery of credit administration duties
Educational Requirements
Master’s in Business, MBM, Economics or relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no Third Division in academic records.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 4 year(s) working experience in the area of Credit Administration in leading commercial Banks/Financial Institutions.
Special Requirements
Working experience in Finacle (Core Banking Software) or similar software will be given preference.
