Position: Card Operations Team (PO/SPO)

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Take active roles in Debit Card & Credit implementation projects as required by VISA & CBBL.
  • Card issuance, Personalization, PIN Issuance process
  • Limit set for E-Commerce, endorsement etc.
  • Reconciliation of Nostro Accounts for Card Division
  • Transaction alert SMS service maintenance
  • Management of services relating to electronic payment system and system automation
  • Ensure Card Data Security
  • Submission of reports to regulator, VISA & to the relevant Department

Educational Requirements
Master’s in Business, MBM, Economics or relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no Third Division in academic records.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience in leading commercial Bank in the field of Card Operations.

Special Requirements
Working experience in Finacle (Core Banking Software) or similar software will be given preference
