Key Job Responsibilities:
- Support Company Secretary to convene all meetings under regulatory norms.
- Preparation of Annual Reports & General Meetings related functions.
- Drafting Notice, Agenda, Minutes, Extracts & related documents.
- Preparation, submission & maintenance of corporate documents/returns.
- Liasons with the various Divisions of Head Office, Directors and Regulatory Authorities.
- Ensure filling of all memos, Agenda, Minutes, Extract & dispatching thereof before and after the meeting.
Educational Requirements
Master’s in Business, MBM, Economics, English or relevant subjects from leading business school/University. Qualified Chartered Secretary will be given preference. No Third Division in academic records.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience in the area of Board Secretariat in leading commercial Banks/Financial Institution/Listed Company

- Excellent skills in MS Office
