Position: Manager-Learning & Development (SPO/FAVP)

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Under direct supervision of Head of Human Resources, the position will be responsible for Learning & Development Department of the Bank.
  • Assess Training Need for the Banks and prepare Training Calendar for execution
  • Develop Training Budget and execute training programme within the budgets
  • Develop training programme that ensure best use of available resources
  • Oversee the online learning modules and other educational materials for employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programme.
  • Succession Planning and effectively implement

Educational Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Master’s in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline from leading business school/University. No third Division/Class in Academic Career.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 6 year(s) working experience in Banks /Financial Institution/MNC in the relevant area.

Special Requirements
should have sound knowledge on performance management, succession planning

Competencies & skills:

  • Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
  • Very good skills in MS Office
