Position: Senior Product Manager (FAVP-AVP)

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs product strategies and analysis, assists in enhancing Bank’s MSME, Retail and Corporate segment products and services to make these more appealing as compared to the Bank’s competitors.
  • Responsible for conducting FGDs/client surveys and in-person meeting with target customer groups for identifying product opportunities for specific segments.
  • Have a strong grasp on Deposits and Lending Product Management and Development.
  • Should understand and analyze customer behavior and preferences to plan product strategies & positioning accordingly.
  • Devise robust and well-defined processes of each product suite in order to reduce time to market.
  • Monitors and reports the Portfolio of the products, in terms of growth and profitability.
  • Conducts market research, comparative analysis for improving Bank’s market share, product refinement & fine-tuning. 

Educational Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Master’s in Business, MBM, Economics or relevant subjects from leading business school/University. No Third Division in academic records.

Experience Requirements
Should have at least 6 years experience and expert level knowledge of credits products, trade finance and transaction banking in Retail & MSME

Special Requirements
Required experience in managing, developing or marketing banking products. Highly developed marketing & organizational skills with a customer-friendly attitude.
