Key Job Responsibilities:

• Understand business plan and do the manpower planning
  
• Initiate recruitment activities-Issue Advertisement, Shortlisting, Interviewing and selection
  
• Complete joining and onboarding formalities
  
• Placement, Transfer, Posting
  
• Handle Disciplinary cases

Educational Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Master’s in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline from leading business school/University.
No third Division/Class in Academic Career.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 6 year(s) working experience in Banks /Financial Institution/MNC in the relevant area.

Special Requirements
Should have sound knowledge on Labor Laws, Disciplinary Proceedings. Working experience in any core banking software/ HR software will be
given preference.
