Key Job Responsibilities:

• Tender invitation, scrutiny, vendor selection process related works for premises decoration.
• Project Manager for interior decoration works of premises.
• Repair & maintenance of Premises.
• Sanitary related works.
• Signboard related works
• Generator load calculation & procurement, servicing & maintenance.
• Site survey & electrical layout preparing.
• Electrical load calculation, Trouble shooting of electrical works.
• Air cooler load calculation & procurement, servicing & maintenance.
• Customization of power scheme/ substation/MDB/SDB.
• CCTV system, etc

Educational Requirements
BSc Engineering in Civil/Electrical/EEE from BUET/CUET/RUET/KUET or from any other reputed university. No third division in academic records.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience in Bank /Financial Institution/Construction Firms as Civil/Electrical Engineer. 

Special Requirements
Auto CAD & related works experienced in Bank preferable

Competencies & skills:

• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
• Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
• Very good skills in MS Office
