Position: Manager-Financial Reporting (SPO/FAVP)

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Financial & Regulatory Reporting team to achieve its objectives
  • Ensuring timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual Financial Statements/ Reports, documents, information and related Returns to various regulatory bodies
  • Keep liaison with Bangladesh Bank as Head of ISS Desk and ensure related timely reporting and other returns
  • Ensuring compliance related to various regulations of different regulatory bodies relating to financial reporting and related issues
  • Take initiative to improve the overall reporting and accounting system of the Bank and guide management with best professional advices on timely
    and efficient manner to improve overall efficiency of the Bank
  • Maintain and Manage the Chart of Accounts of the Bank
  • Keep liaison with external auditors and other regulators as a focal point of contact for issues relating to financial reporting and compliances

Educational Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Masters in Business Administration in Finance/Accounting from leading business school/University.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/FCA)/Cost & Management Accountant (ACMA/FCMA)/ACCA will be given preference.
No third division in academic records.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 6 year(s) working experience in Banks or Financial Institution in the relevant area.

Special Requirements
Working experience in Core Banking Software (Finacle) will be given preference
